Get to know the Role: Operations

  • Be able to understand Payments at the Bank and the various touchpoints with Paynet and our internal systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Be compliant and document processes and approvals for campaigns / payments / agreements or any other initiatives related to Payments and Ecosystem partnership
  • Prepare concise, data-driven reports and presentations for EXCO and senior management, summarising payments performance, strategic challenges, and growth forecasts.

Project Management

  • Collaborate extensively with the Bank and Grab’s teams to meticulously translate overarching strategies into tangible frameworks, policies, processes, and service delivery models, systematically tracked through comprehensive roadmaps and milestones.
  • Vigilantly ensure that all products within the partnership adhere to regulatory requirements.

Market Analysis and Expansion

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the payments portfolio, including payment success rates, transaction volumes, customer engagement rates, and associated costs.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential avenues for growth, collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders within the team to elevate acquisition, usage, and upsell opportunities within the ecosystem.

Partnership Building and Contracts

  • Continuously fortify and expand an understanding of Grab’s priorities and build a network across local and regional teams to constantly explore new opportunities.
  • Methodically manage contractual agreements within the confines of the regulatory and legal frameworks, working in tandem with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Data and Legal.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets, meticulously project targets, and judiciously assess the Return on Investment (ROI) of all new enhancements.
  • Determine, communicate, and track key deliverables, ensuring performance alignment in service and distribution across Grab and Bank stakeholders/management.
