Logistics & Delivery Planner for VIP Orders
Job summary
A leading chocolate manufacturer in Malaysia seeks a Sales Order Coordinator to manage and monitor order fulfillment and delivery routes effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years experience, proficiency in SQL and Microsoft tools, and strong communication skills. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of resolving issues efficiently while working closely with different departments. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
- Proficient in using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Experience in the Food Industry is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, and Credit Notes.
- Plan and monitor delivery routes on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse for order fulfillment.
