A leading event management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients booking event spaces, providing exceptional service throughout the planning process. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, managing bookings, and assisting with on-site event coordination. Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with invoicing software or the ability to quickly learn invoicing processes.
  • Creative thinking to design and update event packages that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to schedule and manage client meetings effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to provide ideas and strategies to boost sales and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist customers in booking event spaces and managing the reservation process.
  • Address customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track bookings.
  • Create invoices for clients based on event bookings.
  • Create new event packages every quarter to suit the evolving needs of clients.
  • Set up meetings with clients to discuss event requirements.
  • Hit sales targets by actively engaging with clients.
  • Conduct weekly Tik-Tok live sessions if needed.
