Finance Manager

A dynamic semiconductor company in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance department. You will oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience within a multinational corporation, particularly in the semiconductor or high-tech industries, and possess a professional qualification like ACCA or CPA. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

- Prior experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
- Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of statutory reports.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems.
- Mentor and supervise finance team members.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend actions.
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement finance policies and best practices.

The Finance Manager will lead the finance department of a dynamic semiconductor MNC, overseeing all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, audit, and internal controls. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of providing insights to support business decisions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory and corporate requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes to support strategic business objectives.
- Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of statutory reports in line with government regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to finance team members, fostering professional development.
- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement finance policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
