As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Identify testable requirements, create test cases, and validate them against the application.
• Develop test plans, testability matrices, and traceability matrices.
• Design, review, execute, and maintain a set of test cases to validate the software system against agreed requirements.
• Conduct quality evaluations to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Collaborate with Test Automation Engineers to develop automated functional testing frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and document defects clearly and concisely.
• Participate in test audits and analysis, presenting outcomes to stakeholders as needed.
• Provide timely updates on testing progress and status to stakeholders.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Proven experience in managing and executing application software testing processes.
• Proficiency with defect management tools, such as JIRA.
• Experience in leading a testing team is an advantage.
• Strong track record in maintaining low defect leakage density.
• Programming background, including extensive SQL knowledge, is an advantage.
• Adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
