Job summary
A leading bank in Malaysia is seeking an IT Business Analyst with expertise in Payment or Loan domains for their Core Banking team. The ideal candidate will clarify business requirements into functional specifications, provide training, and support IT solutions. Responsibilities include documenting system interactions, developing test cases, and collaborating with cross-domain teams. Qualifications
- Experience in Payment or Loan domain is a plus.
- Ability to review Business Requirement Document (BRD) and develop corresponding Functional Solution Document (FSD) or Technical Solution Document (TSD).
Responsibilities
- Clarifies and translates business requirements to IT system functional requirements.
- Documents necessary components into functional specifications.
- Provides training and implementation support.
- Collaborates with business users and technical delivery teams for IT solutions.
- Develops test cases to validate delivered IT systems.
