Job Description
- Be well versed with the purchase requisition fulfillment and purchase order acknowledgment processes to perform activities on platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Vroozi, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Ensure all SLA & KPI metrics are adhered to as per the agreed timelines with the client.
- Complete the Management Information System (MIS) / Reporting Requirements for client meetings.
- Execute the following activities daily:
- Filtering (Approve/Reject) purchase requisitions received as per agreed contractual terms.
- Purchase Order Acknowledgment.
- Resolve procurement and invoicing related queries.
- Connect with requestors to request PR related information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for BPO interactions (not contact center).
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese.
- Ability to handle client escalations and stakeholder management to resolve queries.
- Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with clients (both functional stakeholders and procurement).
- Develop and maintain skills necessary to execute current responsibilities.
- Ensure quality targets are achieved.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation with 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, PR to PO processing, Spot Buy, SLA & KPI Management in Procurement Outsourcing/Managed Services/Procurement Organizations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Flexibility to work across different countries (time zones), groups, and business environments.
Educational Qualifications
Skills and Work Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and/or Project; experience with Power BI, Power Automate is a plus.
- Good quantitative and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Ariba/SAP systems is advantageous.
