The Sr Distribution Network Analyst will oversee the daily inventory distribution plans to deliver against business objectives and Distribution Center (DC) stocking strategies. They will ensure successful delivery of products to the global DCs while aligning with internal departments on improvement opportunities. They will monitor and resolve any bottlenecks identified and track key metrics for improved performance.

The Sr Distribution Network Analyst's day-to-day responsibilities include managing the outgoing product flow from production and planning the movement of Finished Goods inventory to the global DCs. Their goal is to maintain high distribution service levels by utilizing metrics such as DC Stocking Targets and Days On Hand (DOH) to make timely and data-driven decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that Global DCs have sufficient Days on Hand of Finished Goods inventory at all times
2. Plan and execute Finished Goods distribution strategies to replenish stock levels at the DCs
3. Maintain positive relationships with DC Managers, Production, Planning, & Warehouse/Logistics to ensure streamlined communication and timely inventory receipts
4. Collaborate with DC Managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks, constraints, and potential product shortages within the distribution network
5. Monitor distribution lead-times and variability, and work with Logistics to ensure master data accuracy in planning systems/reports to drive correct behavior
6. Analyze and share performance reports focusing on KPIs and stocking-level trends
7. Use KPIs and trends to propose process improvements in collaboration with the Distribution Network Superintendent

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a distribution analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for strategic decisions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and planning skills
• Proficient in data interpretation, trend analysis, and risk identification to drive corrective actions
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) in English across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Physical requirements/Work Environment:

This position primarily involves office work, requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily computer use is necessary. Extended standing may be required during meetings or facility walks. Some local travel may be necessary, requiring a valid Driver’s license.
