Responsibilities:

1. Understand the business drivers and ensure projects deliver real business value.
2. Actively manage stakeholder relationships.
3. Take ownership and be accountable for the full project lifecycle.
4. Define and manage project scope.
5. Identify and resolve project issues and manage risks.
6. Control project timescales and resources.
7. Prepare and maintain project and quality plans; track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
8. Manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project.
9. Escalate project issues as appropriate.
10. Ensure adherence to Project Management processes.
11. Understand the impact on process, people, and technology.
12. Ensure Quality Control is in place.
13. Provide timely reporting to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Business Information System, or related field.
• Accounting degree holders are also encouraged to apply.
• Meticulous and organized; able to multitask.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of urgency, attention to detail, meticulous & precise.
• Good team player, able to work independently when necessary.
• Candidates without working experience or with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
