Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Experience managing DM/IDM/PS material at Material Room/ Kitting room.
  2. Work with warehouse team to bring up material on time for production support.
  3. Responsible for timely material good issuance to production.
  4. Managing and disposing of scrap material from production on a weekly basis.
  5. Attend daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  6. Assist requestors and perform stock checks when necessary.
  7. Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving GR, WO cycle time & productivity.
  8. Process Improvement: Analyze current inventory management processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Communicate with stakeholders to implement and optimize warehouse technology solutions.
  9. Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on inventory management performance, inventory status & other relevant metrics. Provide data and insights for special projects or executive requests.
  10. Develop strategies to streamline inventory management and provide senior management visibility on performance.
  11. Analyze failure transactions and work with IT to implement solutions.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Planners, Procurement.
  13. Participate in ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation, working with process owners and system consultants.
  14. Identify and suggest improvements or cost savings through data mining and analysis.
  15. Ensure reporting accuracy through gap analysis.
  16. Engage in automation projects from design to implementation.
  17. Be adaptable to learn and execute new assignments.
  18. Understand business requirements and develop solutions internally or with third parties.
  19. Manage a team with leadership skills and foster a positive environment.
  20. Participate in ISO compliance and represent inventory management in audits.
  21. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  22. Handle daily ad hoc business requirements.
  23. Analyze and solve problems effectively.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  1. Degree in Business Analytics Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position with a strong understanding of inventory or warehouse management.

Preferred

  1. Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of ERP applications such as Oracle/SAP is a plus.
  3. Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and communicate effectively.

Skills

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  3. Strong decision-making and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and analyze problems effectively.
