Senior Account Executive/Account Executive

- Proven experience in accounting roles.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Autocount).

Responsibilities

1. Able to handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, and statements of accounts.
2. Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filing to support all accounting entries.
3. Assist in monthly closing, journal adjustments, prepare closing reports, and support audit and tax matters.
4. Manage daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities, including month-end journal processing.
5. Produce and submit accurate analyst reports, such as Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection, and Cash Flow Status.
6. Monitor daily financial operations, including invoicing, stock, cash float, and other transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• 2 years of experience in accounting (Required)
• 2 years of experience with accounting software (Required)
