P2P Analyst

The P2P Analyst is a replacement role responsible for managing the invoice posting process efficiently, ensuring compliance, punctuality, and high-quality monthly AP closing and AP balance justification.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Check vendor invoices for correctness and completeness according to purchasing policy and tax regulations.
2. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve AP issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Record exception cases and report to the AP manager.

Payment & Reporting

1. Ensure effective internal control within assigned perimeter and contribute to implementing action plans.
2. Review monthly balance sheet, monitor AP aging, and follow up on long-aging AP items.
3. Support internal process optimization initiatives.
4. Perform ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.

About you

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience: At least 2 years in Finance SSC or BPO industry.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expected onboarding by June 2025.
