Position: QA Executive

Work Location: Cheras, Selangor

Working Hours: 5 days

Salary Package: Up to MYR 5,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical Card + Free annual medical checkup for >45yo

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all products delivered to customers meets requirements as specified.
• Conduct corrective and preventive action on all customer failures.
• Work closely with production for process improvement, conduct internal audit and perform failure analysis.
• Define process problems that lead to through put or quality issues, evaluate root cause, implement solutions to stabilize processes and evaluate results.
• Attend to customer complaint on quality issues.
• Arrange and monitor rework / sorting activity at customers\' site.
• Arrange and monitor rework / sorting activity on customer returned.
• Ensure all in-house parts are handled as per Control of Nonconforming Product / Process Procedure (QS-NC-P01) upon receiving customer complaint on quality issue when necessary.
• Negotiate with customer on quality related issues (e.g. dimension out of spec, different measuring method and etc.) when necessary.
• Monitor on quarantine status
• Perform other assigned duties by superior.
• Supervise Senior Supervisor / Supervisor and Leader to ensure they perform according to the QMS & EMS requirements.
• Disposition on non conforming part
• Approval on internal waiver
• Recall part from warehouse on customer complaint / internal issue

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in QA / QC duties and knowledgeable in plastic injection moulding process.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Computer literate. Must be able to use MS Office and email.
• Able to use measuring equipment such caliper, micrometer, push-pull gauge, pin gauge, height gauge, etc.
• Preferably attended Awareness Training and Internal Audit for ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
