  • Review and approve marketing customer claims supported by appropriate and sufficient supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements related to marketing expense claims.
  • Attend to requests from auditors, external and internal stakeholders promptly.
  • Make critical decisions or judgments based on reasonableness to accommodate business needs.
  • Explain or justify areas of uncertainty during claim review.
  • Manage operational control processes and ensure controls comply with guidelines and standards.
  • Attend to monthly/quarterly reporting packages on key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities
