Job description
Overview

Responsible for sustaining, maintaining, and improving wafer sort test equipment performance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring maximum equipment uptime, stable test cell performance, and efficient support to production.
  • Support and maintain Advantest V93k testers and TEL probers (e.g., TEL Prexio XL & TEL Prexa).
  • Troubleshoot tester-prober interface issues (e.g., contact fails, alignment, comm errors).
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibrations, and correlation runs.
  • Ensure test equipment uptime and fast recovery during downtime.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers on test cell stability and yield improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for tool maintenance and upgrades.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or above.
  • At least 4-6 years and above of industrial experience in equipment development or equipment maintenance experience.
  • Understanding of semi-conductor manufacturing.
  • Experienced in tester maintenance and test background.
  • Team players.
  • Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
