Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage rewards redemption programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives - related to credit card products.
  • Ensure a seamless customer redemption journey by enhancing redemption channels and redemption processes including fulfillment time.
  • Monitor and analyze redemption performance to ensure alignment with business goals; identify gaps and recommend solutions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance) to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Establish and maintain robust controls and processes to support program integrity and compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience and above, preferably from financial services institution with credit card business background or institution with loyalty program.
  • Minimum Degree holder.
  • Creative, proactive and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in system and processes.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and experience in managing partner relationship.
