A leading local company in Shah Alam is looking for a Call Centre Agent to provide exemplary customer service. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, along with a pleasant demeanor and the ability to work rotational shifts including weekends. Previous experience in the customer service or call center sectors will be a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also required for this position.
