Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or audit firm (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS).

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
• Liaise professionally with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with accounting standards
• Liaise professionally with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis when required
• Support clients with accounting software usage and troubleshoot basic accounting-related issues
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or audit firm (preferred)
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., UBS, Odoo, SQL, Autocount, Xero, or QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS)
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
