Responsibilities : As a Team Leader or Floor Manager, you will be at the helm of ensuring smooth daily operations, inspiring your team to achieve targets, and fostering a culture of excellence. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential to effectively communicate and manage local teams. Youll be responsible for understanding the unique cultural dynamics of the Mexican and Colombian markets, ensuring that your teams efforts resonate with local practices and consumer behaviors.
Fluent English is required to lead teams in a diverse and vibrant environment. You'll focus on understanding the specific challenges and opportunities within the South African market, adapting strategies to meet local needs and driving performance.
