You will ensure training content is effectively applied in real-life sales scenarios and bridge the gap between training and performance through coaching and feedback. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and 1 year in training. Excellent communication skills and adaptability are essential.

Team Overview

As aField Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that training content is effectively applied in real-life sales scenarios. Through direct field observation, hands-on coaching, and tailored reinforcement sessions, you will bridge the gap between training and performance. You will partner closely with commercial leaders and the Sales Education team to detect needs, reinforce behaviors, and adapt learning strategies to frontline realities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conductin-field observation (e.g., ride-alongs, shadowing) to identify skill, knowledge, or execution gaps within sales teams.
  • Assess how well previously delivered training content is being applied in daily operations.
  • Design and deliver on-site reinforcement sessions, tailored to the specific needs of zones, teams, or individuals.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales Education and the commercial team, providing consistent, actionable feedback to both sides.
  • Report qualitative and quantitative insights regarding training effectiveness and sales team performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Trainers, BDMs, and local leaders to co-create relevant, actionable learning interventions.
  • Facilitate on-the-job learning methods such as role-plays, real-time simulations, and one-on-one coaching.
Role Qualifications
  • Minimum2 years of sales or BDM experience, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • At least 1 year in training, enablement, or field coaching, ideally with direct reinforcement responsibilities.
  • Excellent observation, communication, and feedback-giving skills.
  • High adaptability, autonomy, and results orientation.
  • Preferred experience in linking training efforts to KPIs such as closing rate, conversion rate, or NPS.
  • Educational background in business, psychology, pedagogy, marketing, or related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
