Chimicron Semiconductor Co. is seeking a Sales Operations specialist in Mexico to generate and qualify leads, manage outbound outreach, and back up the sales leader.

You will process orders in ERP, coordinate with the China team on shipments, and maintain detailed customer records. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, plus proficiency in Spanish or English and strong coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify leads from directories, databases, exhibitions, and online platforms.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, social media, and introductory emails to present products.
• Back up sales leader by managing emails and phone support, handling quotes and urgent requests.
• Process orders and coordinate logistics using ERP; track PO progress and liaise with China team.
• Maintain documentation and prepare periodic sales statistics for management.
• Manage customer relationships, follow up with clients, and arrange visiting schedules and meeting materials.

Description du poste

1. 1. Generate and qualify leads – source prospects from directories, databases, exhibitions, and online platforms; verify part numbers and equivalents to ensure data accuracy.
2. 2. Conduct outbound outreach – reach prospects via cold calls, social media, and introductory emails to present company products and advantages.
3. 3. Back up sales leader – manage business email and phone support during their absence; handle urgent requests, provide quotes, resolve stock queries, and process critical orders to prevent sales interruptions.
4. 4. Process orders and coordinate logistics – enter order data into ERP, generate contracts, track PO progress, liaise with China team on shipments, and update customers on delivery status.
5. 5. Maintain documentation and reporting – archive all sales records (contracts, invoices, delivery receipts, customer files); prepare periodic sales statistics and reports for management.
6. 6. Manage customer relationships and admin support – regularly follow up with existing clients, gather demand feedback, arrange visiting schedules, and prepare meeting materials, samples, and gifts for sales visits.

Job Requirements
