Everforth TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm based in Monterrey, Mexico, offering fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployments and on-demand support. We are seeking a Workday Testing Consultant to lead testing activities across multiple projects and to work closely with client teams.

The role includes in-office training in Oct–Nov 2026, followed by a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in the office per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Required)
• Knowledge of project management concepts and tools (Required)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (Required)
• Workday/HCM system implementation experience (Preferred)
• Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred)
• Consulting experience in Workday or software consulting (Preferred)
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills; autonomous
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively

Responsabilidades

• Simultaneously manage testing activities for multiple Workday projects
• Develop and execute a test strategy with the client test lead
• Plan, schedule and track testing timelines using project management tools
• Establish metrics and dashboards using TopBloc processes
• Publish test execution and status reports to stakeholders
• Generate reports and materials using TopBloc tools
• Coordinate scheduling and administration of testing with client counterparts
• Work with TopBloc consultants to resolve testing issues
• Escalate testing status to project manager as needed
• Interact with colleagues and clients on milestones and deliverables
• Attend Workday HCM training and become certified
• Occasional US travel may be required

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Required)
• Knowledge of project management technique, concepts, and tools (Required)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)
• System implementations experience with Workday or HCM system (Preferred)
• Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred)
• Prior consulting experience either as an Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)
• Excellent organization, time management, business development, communication skills (written and oral), and ability to operate autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Simultaneously manage testing activities for multiple Workday projects in a fast-paced environment
• Alongside the clients project managers and/or client test lead, develop and execute a test strategy and test plans for each testing stage of the Workday methodology
• Plan, schedule and track testing timelines and milestones using project management tools
• Establish metrics and dashboards using established TopBloc processes
• Publish test execution, defect summary and daily/weekly status report to all the stakeholder
• Generates reports, correspondence, and presentation materials, spreadsheets and graphics and other similar materials using TopBloc tools and systems
• Coordinate the scheduling and administration of testing with client counterparts
• Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure timely resolution of testing issues
• Responsible for day-to-day management and escalation of testing status, monitoring of testing progress and escalation to project manager as appropriate for resolution
• Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face to face related to testing milestones and deliverables
• Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows
• Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands
