Topbloc, Inc. is looking for a Workday Project Manager in Monterrey or Remote. The role involves managing multiple Workday HCM projects, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience managing Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprises.
• Experience as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred.
• B1/B2 travel visa is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects.
• Work with consultants to ensure project staffing and delivery.
• Participate in the sales cycle and help with SOWs.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts.

Using our proprietary tool, we can rapidly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes, enabling customers to focus on their business while gaining immediate value. After the system goes live, we also provide expertise and resources to support the customer’s Workday solution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered.
• Participate in the sales cycle, including gathering requirements and helping with SOWs.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work.
• Work with clients’ project managers to identify and resolve issues that could impact project scope or timelines.
• Lead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s post‑production services team.
• Establish priorities, work independently, and pursue objectives without supervision.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices.

Requirements

• Workday Project Management certification (required).
• Fluent in English (required).
• At least 2 years of experience project‑managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprises with a partner firm (required).
• Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (required).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (required).
• B1/B2 travel visa (strongly preferred).
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet (preferred).
• Consulting experience as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (preferred).
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and coworkers to build confidence and trust.
• Good problem‑solving skills with an open mindset toward diverse perspectives and customer expectations.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.
