Everforth TopBloc seeks a Workday HCM Post Production Consultant I, Mexico to design, configure, test and implement Workday HCM solutions for diverse clients in a post-production environment. You will work directly with clients to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and growth through in-office training and eventual certification, with a hybrid work arrangement in Monterrey after training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Workday HCM issues in post-production environment
• Participate in internal training updates and share learnings with the team
• Attend Workday training and become Workday certified

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience (required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• 1+ years of HR experience or HRIS/systems experience (preferred)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tickets and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement high-quality Workday HCM solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday HCM issues as they arise in a post production environment
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
