Using our proprietary tool, we quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials processes so our customers can focus on their core business.

Requirements

• Workday Financials Certification (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Financials configurations for customers of all sizes, increasing in complexity (Required)
• 1+ years experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Financials solutions (Required)
• Proficiency with general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure‑to‑pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order‑to‑cash (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
• CPA certification (Preferred)
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and coworkers, building confidence and trust
• Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to consider alternative perspectives

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Financials technology solutions of increasing complexity.
• Deliver high‑quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet evolving business needs.
• Define, build, and implement financial processes and structures aligned with client objectives, enhancing user experience and value.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and share learnings with colleagues.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding their development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
• Develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Occasional U.S. travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.
