TopBloc is seeking an HRIS/Workday professional to design, configure, test and implement HR solutions for clients. You will define HR processes aligned with client objectives and help optimize Workday deployments across industries.

The role requires English fluency, HRIS experience, and the ability to collaborate with clients. Occasional US travel may be required as projects demand.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR/IT related preferred.
• Fluent in English is required.
• B1/B2 travel visa strongly preferred.
• 1+ years HR or HRIS experience preferred.
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience manipulating data in Excel using functions/macros preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills and Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
• 1+ years of HR experience or HRIS/systems experience (Preferred)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (Preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
