TopBloc, Inc. is seeking a client-facing professional for its Workday boutique practice in Monterrey, Mexico. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, and implementing Workday integrations with external systems and delivering high-quality Workday solutions across industries.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in IT, fluency in English, and a travel visa (B1/B2). 1+ year of client-facing or consulting experience is preferred, with Excel/Macros experience as a plus.

• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to design, configure, test, and implement Workday integrations with other systems.
• Work directly with clients to deliver Workday solutions across multiple industries.
• Assist clients in solving Workday issues as they arise.
• Participate in internal training updates and share knowledge with others.
• Attend Workday Integrations training and pursue Workday certification.
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs.

Skills and Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline (Required)


• Fluent in English (Required)


• B1/B2 travel visa (Required)


• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (Preferred)


• Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology background (Preferred)


• Coding experience (Preferred)


• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (Preferred)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral


• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust


• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Collaborate with customers, vendors and our internal functional teams to design, configure, test, and implement integrations between the Workday product and other 3rd party systems.


• Work directly with clients, to deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs.


• Work directly with clients, solving Workday issues as they arise.


• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization.


• Attend Workday Integrations training and become Workday certified.


• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.
