Topbloc, Inc. is seeking a Consultant II / Senior / Principal / Managing Workday Payroll Consultant based in Monterrey, MX or Remote. In this role, you will work collaboratively to drive client success, implementing Workday Payroll solutions with increasing complexity across various industries.

You will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality configurations and managing a team of consultants. The ideal candidate will possess Workday Payroll certification and strong communication skills, contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Formación

• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations for customers.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll checklists and HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Overview

Consultant II / Senior / Principal / Managing Workday Payroll Consultant – work in a collaborative environment, drive client success, and lead projects as experience grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Payroll solutions of increasing complexity.
• Deliver high‑quality Workday Payroll configurations across multiple industries to meet client needs.
• Define, build, and implement HR processes and structures aligned with client business objectives.
• Actively participate in internal training, sharing knowledge with peers.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding their professional development and handling escalations (Manager level).
• Develop sales material and scope projects as needed with the sales team (Senior/Principal level).
• Travel to the U.S. as required by client needs and project demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Workday Payroll Certification (Required).
• Fluent in English (Required).
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations for customers of all sizes.
• 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Payroll solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules.
• B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred).
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills fostering confidence and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Problem‑solving skills with an ability to consider alternative perspectives and customer expectations.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
