TopBloc, LLC. is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant I (Mexico) in Monterrey. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, and implementing integrations between Workday and external systems, collaborating with clients and vendors to deliver solutions across industries.

You will participate in training, strive for Workday certification, and may travel to the US as needed. Hybrid work profile requires 3 days in the office after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT required.
• Fluent in English.
• B1/B2 travel visa required.
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience preferred.
• Data analytics or IT background preferred.
• Coding experience preferred.
• Experience manipulating data in Excel using functions/macros preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to design, configure, test, and implement Workday integrations with third-party systems.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet client needs.
• Resolve Workday issues directly with clients as they arise.
• Participate in internal training updates and share learnings with others.
• Attend Workday Integrations training and work toward certification.
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.

Skills and Qualifications(What We’re Looking For):

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Required)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (Preferred)
• Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology background (Preferred)
• Coding experience (Preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Collaborate with customers, vendors and our internal functional teams to design, configure, test, and implement integrations between the Workday product and other 3rd party systems
• Work directly with clients, to deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Attend Workday Integrations training and become Workday certified
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands
