DoorDash Mexico is seeking a Premium Onboarding Partner to work with our top merchants, delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience. You will be the primary onboarding contact, building lasting relationships and guiding merchants through setup, menus, and photos.

You will collaborate with Account Owners, advocate for the customer, and shape our onboarding program with proactive problem-solving and exceptional service standards.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in account management, customer support, hospitality, or related field.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Qualifications include Salesforce (or other CRM software), Microsoft Suite and G Suite; Excel proficiency.
• Experience providing advisory and partnership-level support through proactive and reactive interactions with customers.
• Experience advocating for customer experience within a team or initiative.
• Experience in an account management or customer service role—you love helping people.
• You excel at building relationships and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively onboard merchants and anticipate issues for a defect-free onboarding.
• Work daily with merchants to ensure flawless onboarding experiences.
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact for all onboarding concerns.
• Promote retention by delivering an unprecedented first impression of DoorDash’s service.
• Prioritize issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Develop expertise in how DoorDash’s systems work to promote positive outcomes for merchants.
• Provide a best-in-class service experience to Merchants.
