Doordashmexico is hiring a Delivery Team Lead for the DashMart Supply Chain team in Mexico City. In this role, you will oversee inbound deliveries and manage a team focused on on-time performance across our vendor network.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in supply chain or operations and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to improve operations and lead a dedicated team in a rapidly growing environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations, including managing direct reports.
• Strong experience in vendor communication and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-time delivery initiatives and drive measurable improvement in performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Specialists.
• Strengthen vendor partnerships and reduce delivery variability.
• Identify and improve operations processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Use data to guide strategic and operational decisions.
