Base is a leading European hub for integration and automation in e-commerce, offering over 1,000 integrations to help businesses streamline operations and boost sales. We are seeking an Implementation Specialist in Mexico to lead onboarding, ensure quick go-lives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value from day one.

The role emphasizes process optimization, customer success, and a strong focus on outcomes in a dynamic, global environment with hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• 2+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success in a SaaS company.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces; Mexico experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Based in Mexico and eligible to work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new Base customers.
• Guide customers through system setup to ensure full functionality in the shortest possible time.
• Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase.
• Develop, document, and optimize implementation processes to reduce time-to-go-live.
• Support customers integrating Base with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in Mexico.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Educate customers on best practices to maximize value from the platform.
