DoorDash Mexico is seeking a Team Leader to manage a frontline team delivering exceptional customer care for Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers in the Mexico City area. You will oversee daily operations, drive bold quality and speed metrics, and act as a subject matter expert with real-time performance insights.

You should be a proactive operator with strong leadership, data-persuasion skills, and a track record of team development, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of people management or team lead experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Chartio, and Excel/Google Sheets (or Google Sheets).
• Experience in tech, restaurant, or logistics industries (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of teammates delivering high-quality customer care and meet operational KPIs.
• Support your team with presence, feedback, and regular 1-on-1 and team meetings.
• Set and communicate individual and team goals; report performance to management.
