DoorDash is seeking a Premium Onboarding Partner to support our highest-value merchants with a best-in-class onboarding experience. You will act as the direct contact for onboarding activities, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with Account Owners to manage a book of business.

You will work in a new program shaping support as a differentiator, delivering proactive and reactive advisory services to merchants and cross-functional partners.

Formación

• 2 years of experience with account management, customer support, hospitality, or related field.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM software), Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions).
• Experience providing advisory and partnership-level support through proactive and reactive interactions with customers.
• Experience advocating for customer experience within a team or initiative.
• Experience in an account management or customer service role; loves helping people.
• Strong relationship-building and prioritization skills.

• Serve as a single point of contact for all onboarding-related concerns.
• Promote merchant retention and success by delivering a best-in-class service experience.
• Prioritize and escalate issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of DoorDash systems to drive positive outcomes for merchants.
