Job summary

Weekend Customer Service Representative – Transportation & Logistics is based in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The role supports weekend operations, maintains strong customer relationships, and ensures accurate shipment tracking with timely updates and issue resolution.

The position requires a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with AS400, motor carrier operations, and North American geography is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and North American geography.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.
• Enter and manage orders in the AS400 system.
• Track and trace shipments using company tools, escalate when needed.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment information across systems.
• Ensure orders are closed for billing.
• Update shipment status messages and portals as applicable.
• Process customer updates via EDI and portals.
• Document and manage service failures within 24 hours.
