Vortex Freight Systems in Monterrey is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the daily operational flow between the Customer Service Team, Laredo Terminals, and the Operations Team. The role focuses on resolving damages, delays, or discrepancies to maintain smooth internal operations and provide accurate, timely updates to customers.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting tools; able to generate updates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and follow up on shipments for assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain clear updates with customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Log shipment issues and updates accurately in the system.
• Support onboarding and setup of new accounts with CS team leaders.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Manager and pricing to ensure service standards.
