Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, phone sales, or follow-up roles.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails to motivated seller leads.
• Log all communication accurately in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with sellers to understand their motivations.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or escalate as needed.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
• Collaborate with the team to improve engagement and flow.
• Track and meet performance metrics such as call volume.
