Job summary

Huntington Learning Center in Mérida, Mexico, is seeking a remote, English-proficient call-out specialist to reconnect with former US families for free evaluations. You will text/email follow-ups, log every contact, and schedule evaluations while handling light admin tasks.

Training is provided, and the role offers a base of $800/month with uncapped bonuses for every family that attends an evaluation. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Job description

You’ll call former Huntington Learning Center (HLC) families, people who already know us, to invite them in for a free evaluation. All calls and daily communication are in English with US families. You won’t be enrolling anyone or discussing pricing; our center staff take it from there. These are warm calls, not cold outreach.

What You’ll Do:

• Call former HLC families to reconnect and invite them in for a free evaluation (for example, a parent whose child is approaching SAT-prep age)
• Send follow-up texts and emails after calls, using our templates and company-provided accounts
• Log every call and outcome in our tracking system (Airtable)
• Book evaluations on our calendar and notify our team
• Help with light admin tasks as needed
• With training, grow into handling new leads from our Facebook ads and website

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent spoken and written English, clear and natural on the phone with US parents
• A warm, positive, resilient personality, comfortable with “no” and persistent in a friendly way
• Experience in phone-based work: appointment setting, customer service, or call center
• Comfortable learning new software; accurate with details
• A quiet workspace, a good headset, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup plan for outages
• Available Monday to Friday during the hours above
