Insideoutva is seeking an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller in Mexico. You will engage with leads by guiding them through our educational resources and securing their path toward life-changing programs. This role demands high energy and a warm personality, necessitating around 150 dials per day.

The ideal candidate has a great grasp on English, enjoys helping others, and is disciplined in managing a high-volume calling environment. Experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable, especially for those ready to rise above initial learning curves.

Formación

• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.
• Exceptional English verbal skills are essential for building trust.
• A warm and bubbly demeanor is necessary for handling clients.
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude during high-volume calls.
• Comfortable using CRM software and adaptable to new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Call leads who have opted into webinars and encourage attendance.
• Reach out to individuals who started a health assessment but didn't schedule a call.
• Engage with webinar attendees who stayed until the pitch but didn't book a call.
• Utilize Close CRM to track lead status and manage tasks.
• Meet or exceed daily dialing targets and appointment-setting benchmarks.
