Job summary

Workana LLC is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Assistant to support a real estate team with outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and appointment setting. This remote, full-time role requires confidence on the phone and excellent organizational skills.

You will manage CRM contacts, reactivate leads, and hand off qualified opportunities to licensed agents, helping grow the sales pipeline. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; compensation includes fixed base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Confident making outbound calls and building rapport with diverse contacts.
• Strong active listening and ability to guide conversations to the next step.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Database reactivation: Run outbound campaigns to reconnect with CRM contacts and identify opportunities.
• Event and campaign outreach: Share market updates and offers with past leads and local contacts.
• Lead nurturing: Follow up with online leads across multiple touchpoints.
• Lead qualification: Understand buying/selling plans, timelines, and interest in home valuations.
• Appointment setting: Schedule strategy calls or home consultations with agents.
• CRM management: Record call notes, update lead statuses, and set follow-up tasks.
• Agent handoff: Provide clear summaries to agents for prepared appointments.
