Job summary

BYD MÉXICO is seeking an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to oversee commercial vehicle aftersales operations, including workshop management, technical support, warranty follow-up, and dealer satisfaction.

You will liaise with dealers, service workshops, and internal teams across Tultitlán, Monterrey, and Mérida, ensuring timely resolution of technical and operational issues for trucks and buses, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional English required for communication.
• Solid understanding of aftermarket engineering and business administration.
• Proficient in standard office software and role-specific tools.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Aftersales Operations Coordination across service workshops and personnel.
• Dealer relationship management and issue resolution follow-up.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, diagnostics and problem resolution.
• Warranty management and documentation follow-up.
• Develop and deliver technical training and update materials.
• Monitor KPIs: workshop productivity, turnaround time, warranty status.
• Provide customer support and drive service quality improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, parts, warranty and dealers.
