Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst – Automotive Industry

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst to join our After‑Sales & Supply Chain team. This role is critical to ensuring parts availability, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence across our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for spare parts using historical consumption, seasonality, and market trends.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Analyze dealer ordering behavior, parts turnover, and service patterns to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to coordinate replenishment, allocation, and safety stock adjustments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly demand planning reports, KPIs, forecast accuracy dashboards, and inventory health indicators.
• Support new model launches and service campaigns by estimating parts demand and required inventory.
• Work closely with After‑Sales, Warehouse, and HQ teams to align forecasts, resolve supply issues, and improve service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or spare parts management in the automotive industry. Other industries will not be considered.
• Solid knowledge of forecasting models, inventory management concepts, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
