Qualifications

• Healthcare professional with strong medical knowledge (RN/LPN, medical student or physician in training).
• Solid knowledge of U.S. medical terminology, diagnoses, anatomy, and common medications.
• Experience reviewing and documenting patient medical histories is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple intakes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients during telehealth intake.
• Collect and accurately document patient demographics, medical history, medications, and allergies.
• Review information for completeness before the consultation.
• Enter patient data into the medical documentation system with high accuracy.
• Prepare and organize patient records prior to physician connection.
• Coordinate transition of patients to physicians for virtual consultations.
• Maintain confidential medical documentation in compliance with privacy standards.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients during intake.
• Stay up to date with U.S. healthcare terminology and documentation standards.
