Winning Assistants Llc is seeking a Behavioral Health Medical Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based psychiatry practice. You will manage patient calls, intake, scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, and prior authorizations while ensuring a supportive patient experience.

Ideal candidates have psychiatry/behavioral health experience, HIPAA training, and strong English communication. This is a remote, full-time position with CST hours and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or mental health settings.
• HIPAA training or certification required.
• Experience with EHR systems; Valant preferred.
• Familiar with CoverMyMeds or RingCentral a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls with professional, compassionate support.
• Coordinate new patient intake and scheduling.
• Process referrals and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Verify insurance and assist with prior authorizations.
• Respond to new inquiries within 5 minutes.
