BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for our team in Mexico. You will design strategies, manage requisitions, and support onboarding to attract top talent for both unionized and administrative roles.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, candidate evaluation through psychometrics and interviews, and collaboration with universities and institutions to strengthen our talent network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Phycologist or similar.
• Experience: 3 years or more in a similar position.
• Mass recruitment, psychometric test evaluation, assessment center, Competencies interview, employee branding, job portals, virtual interviews, excel, Legal requirements like labor contracts, non-discrimination practices and R&S KPIs management.
• Revolution payroll system and Workday system (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all positions have a job description.
• Requisitions management.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, both unionized and administrative staff.
• Coordinate the entire R&S process.
• Support the onboarding process.
• Follow-up interviews for new hires.
• Maintain and strengthen external links with recruitment and selection committees, universities, schools, government institutions, etc. to share strategies and continuously improve.
