Formación

• RPO experience is desired but not a must.
• Experience in the US market is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute candidate sourcing and attraction plan including engaging candidates from known talent pools.
• Ensure recruitment services meet contractual obligations and client SLAs.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience from first contact through interview process.
• Review CVs and comprehensively screen candidates to present quality shortlisted candidates.
