Gates Corporation in Mexico seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst to rotate across Toluca and Atlacomulco sites. You will drive talent acquisition strategies through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across the Americas region, with focus on Mexico.

You will partner with managers, HR partners, and vendors to build pipelines, manage ATS, and ensure timely fills. Candidate evaluation, salary recommendations, and campus branding initiatives are part of your responsibilities.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced English level (conversational) required.
• Experience with recruiting in manufacturing or recruitment agencies preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting laws and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers, HR partners, compensation, and benefits to build full-cycle recruiting plans.
• Maintain ATS and meet SLAs (Time to Fill).
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, OCC, and social platforms.
• Evaluate applicants by interviewing, analyzing responses, and verifying references.
• Coordinate with recruiters and vendors for background checks, medical tests, psychometric assessments, and job postings.
• Assist in offer processes, salary range determination, and start dates.
