HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across managerial, administrative, technical and operations roles. You will collaborate with leaders to define staffing needs, craft sourcing strategies, and drive candidate assessments and onboarding.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in talent acquisition, with strong English and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting managerial, administrative, technical and operational roles.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities; able to partner with managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for managerial, administrative, technical and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and lead interview processes.
• Build pipelines and manage offers and onboarding.
• Monitor metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
