Bosch Service Solutions is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter & Hub Coordinator to lead the talent acquisition lifecycle for high-volume retail roles across Power Tools, Home Comfort, and Automotive Accessories in Mexico. You will partner with Hiring Managers, manage requisitions through onboarding, and drive candidate experience with a focus on speed and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, and Staffing.
• Experience recruiting high-volume positions in retail, consumer goods, field sales, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing recruitment from requisition through onboarding readiness.
• Experience working with Hiring Managers and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume retail and field positions across multiple Bosch business units.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define recruitment strategies and timelines.
• Source, assess, and present qualified candidates within established timelines.
• Coordinate screening interviews and the interview process with stakeholders.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and maintain recruitment process excellence.
