Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Puebla, Mexico seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to develop and roll out recruiting programs, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define requirements.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, organize assessments, conduct interviews, and guide managers through candidate selection and administration, providing timely updates to HR business partners.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidates confidently.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and roll out recruiting programs that make a measurable impact across your assigned area.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define requirements, and explore the best recruiting options.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including coordination with external service providers when needed.
• Organize assessment activities, conduct interviews, and support the selection of the right candidates.
• Guide line managers through candidate selection and ensure a smooth process with all related administrative steps.
• Provide clear, timely candidate updates to hiring managers and HR business partners to keep the process moving smoothly.
